Increase in dandruff
im experience an increase in dandruff since i started using it. any word of advice on what to do?
AskDocWeb: This forum is limited to sharing information about side effects and the effectiveness about Nisim. For advice you need the professional opinion of a Dermatologist.
I have been using the Nisim shampoo, conditioner and the extract gel for about a month or so. I love the product! I am mostly African American with 1/4 Caucasian in the mix. I have a good grade of hair for the most part, need relaxers at least 2 to 3 times a year. Before starting my new hair care regimen, I used a curling iron daily, washed my hair once a week and used a flat iron that was wet to dry, then an old Revo Styler with blow dryer to finish. I was killing my hair basically! After I began using the shampoo and conditioner every other to every two days, I noticed my hair was thicker, soft and shiny. I have never washed my hair so much in one week, but it did not hurt it! African hair needs moisture, so be sure to use a good non mineral, non petroleum based moisturizer, then seal the ends of hair with olive or grape seed oils. Good luck! I've seen growth in a month and my hair grows very slowly. I would say at least 1/2 to an inch so far! Also eliminate all heat on hair!! Good luck!
Hair loss from relaxers
I have hair that i lost using relaxers in the front of my head and i'm still using the relaxers could i still use this product on my relaxer hair. Fast Shampoo and Conditioner.
AskDocWeb: Yes, you could use Nisim with your relaxers but there is no guarantee that Nisim would counteract the hair loss caused by the relaxers.
Starting to use nisim
Halo there, I'm from indonesia, I'm starting to use nisim package(shampoo, conditioner, extract) for 15 days, but still a lot of hairloss, especially when I massage my hair even with very soft massage, still hairloss about 20-30 hairs, but before I use nisim, I used minoxidil 50mg for about 2weeks,,am I still got hairloss because the side effects of minoxidil? Or nisim product doesn't work?
AskDocWeb: Not sure where you got the idea that you might see progress within 2 weeks but that is totally unrealistic. To our knowledge there is no product in the world that works that fast. In most cases if you think that you can get results in less than 3 months you are just setting yourself up for disappointment. To put it another way, a product that works for hair loss needs to be used daily, every day continuously for at least three months before looking for results.
Increased hair loss
Have been using Nisim Biofactors shampoo for over 2 wks now & amount of hair falling out is much more than it has ever been. Is this normal? Am ready to stop using it & get a refund.
AskDocWeb: The refund option is there for the small percentage of people, like you, who get unexpected results. We encourage you to take advantage of it.
I have had a non malignant tumour removed from my pituatery gland and have to use Testogel which is causing hair loss. I am aged 73. Is Biofacters shampoo suitable. Many Thanks
AskDocWeb: Their website advertises that the Biofacters shampoo is free from the side effects associated with other medications and lists no drug/herb interactions. Given that, it looks like it is worth trying.
How long it will take?
Hello, My hairs are dry, curly & frizzy and suffering for hair falling also and have been taking homoeopathic tablets and oils from the last 2 months. Can i use this product for longer hair? Is this products suits me and any guarantee. I have done (1 time only )Hair spa last year for stopping hair falling and for long hair but result was hair falling increased. Also done straighting on my hair on 2014. But i was cutted my straight hair before starting spa. My own/real hair is available now. Reply me: How long it will take for increasing my hair and Is it beneficial in my case?? How many inches it will increase in a month and also update you that conditioner or hair masks not suits me. i tried many times but hair falling increased so, i stopped using conditioner also. Awaiting for your reply. Revert me with price (INR) and order criteria in India (Delhi).
AskDocWeb: Since hair grows on average about a half inch per month, expecting inches of new growth per month is not reasonable. In 14 years of researching this we have not found any product that would produce such results.
If hair loss is a concern then we suggest you consult with a dermatologist and discus with them what you may expect from treatment. As for the price, we don't keep track of that.
