Rate of loss
Phentermine 30mg in the morning. I started taking it 7-31-14. I only lost 6 pounds eating healthy and exercising every day. Just wanted to know if I should be loosing more weight than just 6 pounds. Concern if it's not working as well as I hoped.
AskDocWeb: For those who are overweight, losing weight slowly is a good thing. In general, the slower a person loses weight the more likely that person is to maintain their weight after dieting.
Can I do one of these?
I lost 50 lbs with phentermine when I first used it and kept it off till I got pregnant a year later. I used it off n on the past five years losing twenty pounds every time but then gaining it back again. It's the only thing that has worked for me. But 8 mos ago my doctor out me on prestiq for anxiety and I've had blood pressure issues ever since. But the past month I've been monitoring it without medication and I've been doing good but sometimes my blood pressure is normal but I feel like an adrenaline rush, I'll even just wake up feeling it and my pulse will be 80. I started taking DHA from algae and fish oil with d3. I feel a little better so far so good, but I really want to take phentermine again or qesemia, can I do one of these?
AskDocWeb: Only your doctor can determine if Phentermine would be a safe and effective choice or not.
Is my doctor nuts? He wanted me to take the 30 and the 37 mg for a while and then said they will cause headaches take another different kind of diet pill to help the headaches. That is 3 to take! Is that safe? I TOULD him no with the 3 one and only taking one at a time. Because taking both made my heart raced and did not sleep at all that night!!!
AskDocWeb: If you think someone may be nuts that generally means you don't understand something or you have false assumptions. Make sure you clearly understand the maximum recommended dosage for your medication.

I have been taking phentermine for about 2 weeks now and have notice vaginal dryness. Will it go away after I finish taking the whole 30 day supply. Or if I continue will it get worse and never go away? Pls help
AskDocWeb: First you should know that the dryness is most likely to be temporary. Those using Phentermine have found that the body requires more water when using this weight loss medication. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day will help keep your tissues moist, including those down there. Other solutions to vaginal dryness include using a lubricant, avoiding personal hygiene sprays, skipping douching, eating healthy amounts of "good" fats, topical estrogen cream and vaginal suppositories.
