Run around like a mad women?
Hello. I was on phentermine 20mg I stopped taking them after 5 months. It's been three weeks and I was feeling very tired and sluggish and I kept eating. So I took one, now I feel like I heart is going jump out of my chest. I feel a little shaky as well. Kinda want to run around like a mad women. HELP.
AskDocWeb: Phentermine is an amphetamine-like stimulant and when discontinuing this stimulant it is not unusual to feel tired and sluggish. As you have discovered, taking them again is certainly stimulating. If all that energy becomes a concern then consult with your doctor.
This drug was prescribed to me by my doctor to help me lose weight. I do not have proof, but other than being an overweight healthy 56 year old, I am pretty sure that Phentermine may have caused me to go into cardiac arrest 7 months ago. My heart stopped for no apparent reason. The only connection we are seeing is that I took Phentermine for about 2 weeks, didn't like how it made me feel and stopped taking it. Two weeks later, my heart stopped. Thank goodness after 16 minutes of cpr and 5 shocks with an AED, a life flight trip and many bills later - I am STILL an overweight, healthy 56 year old. Please do not take this medication. It is not worth it.
I started taking phentermine and 3 days later i got wheat infection on my tongue. IS that just coincidence?
AskDocWeb: We have seen nothing to suggest a possible connection between Phentermine and wheat infection. It would have to happen multiple times before that could be established.
I took 4 days of one termite 37.5 and now have weak legs, I am using a cane and face tremors and cannot type without spellcheck. My fingers hit the wrong keys.
AskDocWeb: Any time symptoms become a concern you need to discuss them with your doctor.
I usually have a 5 day period. I started Fastin on my 3rd day of my period. I have had good weight loss but my period never stopped. I have light bleeding but I'm still bleeding on day 12.
AskDocWeb: It is always best to check with your doctor but others have also reported period problems.
