Everything went wrong when I quit
I have been taking phenermine 37.5mg for the last 5 months. I have lost 45lbs in that time. I was very happy with the results and stopped taking it. Everything went wrong when I did. I am having severe panic attacks, major up and down mood swings, confusion, anger outbursts, loss of interest in my family and life, a feeling of not really "being here". I would never recommend this to anyone. I just want my life bak and this torture to end.
AskDocWeb: Obviously those symptoms can have a major impact on your quality of life. What does your doctor say about this?
Can Phentermine cause a UTI?
I've been taking phentermine for 3 months..the first two months went great i lost 23lbs in those two months..but i then skipped one month and.then started again but now it seems that it isnt working much and now im seeing a pinkish color on paper when i use the restroom and wipe and also my side of bak started to hurt as i called tje clinic and.they said i might have. A UTI..just want to know if a UTI can be caused by phentermine?
AskDocWeb: It is not listed as a possible side effect but several women have reported UTIs and bladder issues. Drinking diet soda or coffee seems to increase these complaints as does not drinking enough water.
Trying for a baby
I have a question I went and had my sugar tested it came out fine but the doctor prescribed Phentermine to help me boost my metabolism. I am not one who believes in drugs but I have been working out 4 to 6 days a week for the last six months and I honestly don't eat unhealthy to tell the truth I barely eat I am 5'1 and weigh 158 lbs and I haven't lost a pound.
Now with this drug I have lost a few pounds in the last few days of starting this pill but I am still concerned about a few things I forgot to ask my doctor first where I already don't eat much this pill curbs my hunger even more and I forgot to mention that my husband are trying for a baby but I am not sure if it is safe to conceive well on this drug and of course if I did become pregnant I would NOT continue with the phentermine regardless of the safety of the drug.
AskDocWeb: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) uses a pregnancy category system to classify the possible risks of using a specific medicine during pregnancy and phentermine was given a category X. This category is given to medicines that animal or human studies have shown that the risk of adverse effects on a fetus outweigh any benefit.
