Suboxone with Phentermine?
I am perscribed adipex 37.5mg and I am also prescribed 10mg. Of suboxone daily. I am waiting on a response from my suboxone doctor if I am allowed to take the adipex for wieghtloss or not. My family physician prescribed me the adipex, so I thought it would be alright to take them both, not thinking about asking my suboxone doctor about it, seems how my family doctor gave it to me for weightloss, I am afraid my suboxone doctor will not allow me to keep taking the adipex. Will I go though withdraws from not taking the adipex? I have been taking the adipex for a month now. Thank you.

AskDocWeb: As a general rule it is a good idea to tell each of your doctors about all medications and supplements that you use and double check that with the pharmacist when you get the prescription filled. Our database does not show a drug interaction between Suboxone and Phentermine but you still need to check with your doctor to find out if something unique to your situation might prevent using them together.

Arms and legs falling asleep
I have been taking this medicine for 2 weeks now and the results are amazing! However, recently my arms and legs have been falling asleep a lot. Is this a side effect from this drug?

AskDocWeb: Numbness is a rare but possibly serious side effect of Phentermine that should be reported to your doctor.

Heart troubles resulting from Fen-Phen
I took this years ago. Before it was taken off the market. I did not start developing heart troubles until 27 to my current age of 31. I feel this may be a result of taking Fen-Phen / Fen-fen and don't know what do do. Can anyone help? (When I took it I can't recall but I know i was in my teens.) Eden

AskDocWeb: Although the deadline for the $4.8 billion settlement has passed, fen phen users may still be able to file an individual injury claim against Wyeth Laboratories, the maker of the drug. Each state sets different time limits on how long you have to file a civil lawsuit for injuries. One of the main problems facing Fen Phen users is that it can take years for heart problems to develop. This can sometimes make it difficult to prove your claim. If you believe that your heart problems are directly related to previous Fen Phen use, you need to contact an experienced Adpersonal injury Lawyerto discuss your rights.
