Subj: What about older guys?
I'm confused on which product to try. I am 56 and always had great hair. (My one good asset) Now as I look at the top of my head with a handheld mirror, it looks thin and I can see scalp. I'd like to try Procerin, but read it's best for younger guys. Can it work for me at the age of 56? Thanks in advance for your help!
AskDocWeb: Even though it works best for younger guys, there is still hope. Of the five men 45-62 years old that reported trying Procerin, three were satisfied enough with their results that they were still using it after one year.
Subj: Scalp therapy foam?
I just ordered Procerin and I was wondering if I should use the scalp therapy foam all over my scalp or just the thinning areas? Also does the two pumps mean for the entire head or just the desired area? I have a thick full healthy head of hair, but I'm kind of a hypochondriac and I noticed a little bit of thinning on the temple region so I ordered this product hoping that it doesnt progres. I hope this product is legit and doesnt cause my hair to fall at a rapid rate.
AskDocWeb: This is the first we are hearing about their scalp therapy foam unless you are referring to the minoxidil solution. That should come with instructions but if they aren't clear then you can send your questions in an email to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hope this helps.
Made the transition from Propecia to Procerin a week ago. So far, I've experienced no shedding and as a whole feel much heathier. The physical, mental and sexual side effects I experienced after taking Propecia for 6 years actually seem to be decreasing. Overall, I am happy with this product.......will provide another update after a month.
Subj: Hair loss has definitely slowed down
Yes hi I've been using procerin for 3 months and my hair loss has definitely slowed down I'm 18 years old with a slightly receding hairline I'm just glad I caught it early my question is I want to maintain the hair that I have and I'm planning on using procerin for long term will it do the job of keeping my hair count in the long run? Your site is very helpful Thank you
AskDocWeb: We have been tracking this product for 6 years now and reviews are still good.
Subj: Procerin to UAE?
I am Shaan from UAE ... I would like to use this product . that can I get it in UAE?
AskDocWeb: According to their website, customs laws prevent them from shipping Procerin to Saudi Arabia, Iran, Algeria, and South Africa. If you are unsure whether your country's customs laws permit the importation of Procerin, you should contact the company prior to placing your order.
I've been on the product both the pills and serum for about 3 weeks now. I dont think that I have seen any progress yet. I still have a thick full head of hair but have began to notice a slight decrease in my hairline and I'm hoping that this product will prevent it from receding any further as I'm beginning to notice the hair thinning in the temple area. Should apply 2 pumps of the serum just in the thinning area or apply to the entire head?? I'm also concerned about this product having a reverse effect and make my hairline recede even further.
AskDocWeb: There are no reports of this product making the hairline recede further. As far as we know the serum is applied only to those areas where you want hair to grow and avoid getting it on areas where you don't want hair growth.
Subj: Use of the serum\foam?
Hi I am 20yrs old, and receding fast. When I first used procerin, I thought my hair was falling out faster so I stopped. But when I stopped, I figured that the hair was just falling out faster anyway (receding progression). If I just use the serum\foam that I have once, or twice a day would should this be ok? I fear the removal of DHT from the body as we still dont know exactly if its needed by the body for some good reason. Also, am I using too much if I notice the serum to be oily\wet? Should it give that sort of appearance? Thank you for your time!
AskDocWeb: Using just the serum once or twice a day should help. As for what sort of appearance your hair should have, there isn't enough data to say. There are just as many people reporting an increase in hair oil as there are reporting a decrease of hair oil.
Subj: Smoking and shedding
I have not tried procerin but I am going to buy a 6 month supply. I would just like to say to others if you are a smoker, when I quit smoking I noticed no hair falling out but now that I smoke again I continue to shed I would like to say try to stop smoking and take procerin if your not a smoker then continue to take procerin, I'm 23 years old thinning and receiding but I've been trying a herbal remedy saw palmetto, nettles and horsetail and I am noticing some hair regrowth but not alot would you recoment taking procerin with my remedy?
AskDocWeb: The Procerin pills already contain 1500 mg of saw palmetto in each daily dose. How much saw palmetto is in your herbal remedy? You should be aware that there is an increase chance of digestive disturbances or stomachache when the daily total amount goes over 3000 mg.
