Eye Exercise Feedback

If you do eye exercises, please help others by sharing your experience. What do you think about eye exercises?

11/19/2011 update Below are 2 tips for expanding the use of the Rebuild Your Vision kit.

Becoming a believer
Date: 8/8/2013
Belief is the answer to so many things and I am becoming a believer in your program by just doing the free exercises you have shown me. As I exercise and do the things that you suggest, I find that my eyes get less tired during the day and when I drive at night I take my glasses with me but find it easier to drive without the glasses because my eyes are clearer without the glasses.

My glasses still help with bright lights but most everything else is clearer without my glasses. I thank you so much for the free eye exercises–and for the knowledge you have shared with me–you have given me new hope and greater expectations in regaining better eye sight. Again Thank You!!!

For better aim
Date: 10/21/2014
I just recently joined my schools archery time I am right handed which means i need to be able to close my left eye and keep my right open for better aim I was wondering is there any ways i can practice?

Tete

AskDocWeb: There are different schools of thought on this. We favor the two eyes open method. Although you usually use both eyes together to establish distance to an object it is possible to learn to rely on one eye for targeting. Here is an exercise you can do practically anywhere to learn to do that.

Point your index finger at arms-length at an object at least 6 feet away from you. Keep both eyes open and focus on the object (target). You will see two images of your finger. The image on the left is provided by your right eye. Make sure the image on the left is pointed at your target. Blinking your left eye will temporarily remove the unneeded image. You want to train your brain to pay attention to the image provided by your right eye. Choose another object and do this again – 15 or 20 times a day takes only a few minutes. Do this daily for 4 weeks and you have established a new habit.

Bags and fine lines
Date: 3/6/2015
I am 16 turning 17 this month of March and I have bags and little fine lines. I am very sad about these. I don’t have the best sleeping schedule either, I am gonna get back on track. But besides that, am I stuck with them if they do not go away?

Becky

AskDocWeb: It is good that you have made the connection between eye bags and not getting enough sleep. The results of inadequate sleep are visible but not necessarily permanent. You can use this as motivation for improvement. Good luck.

Success

I tried the program which provides special eye exercises to improve your eyesight naturally and after only two months I was able to read without glasses. My vision is now very clear and I’m not tired of reading too much on the screens.

Eye exercises work
Date: 8/13/2015
Eye exercises work. Both my children have been doing the “focus on different distance objects” since 1st grade and neither wear glasses. Both parents, grandparents and cousins all need distance correction…both of my kids are over 20 years old. It is definitely worth a try, it is free and won’t hurt you.
