Enlarged prostate?

I have been on and off phentermine in the past year, however about a month ago I had have problems going number 2, and I also have had some semen discharge, and zero sexual appetite, I am worry my prostate is enlarged, can this be due to the phentermine?

AskDocWeb: Although constipation and changes in sex drive are possible side effects of Phentermine it is not known to effect the prostate gland. It sounds like it may be time for a complete medical examination.
Spotting

I have been on nexplanon for 2 years and I haven’t had a period since I been on it. I started going to the weight loss doctor and I take phentermine and a shot to boost ur metabolism. Since I started the weight loss doctor I been having spotting. I only have the spotting when I take the pills and get the shot. I don’t know why. The pills help me with my appetite so I don’t want to stop going. Why is it causing me to bleed?

Changes in period

I started taking phentermine 37.5 last August of 15 and lost about 20 lbs since then. I have been on and off since then. I wanted to lose 20 more so this time my endocrinologist gave me 1 pres. w 2 refills. As soon as I started taking it, my period came back two weeks early as it did the very first time I took it. This time there is no weight loss either, instead another period every two weeks. I started taking only half a pill, AND started having a period again in less than 2 weeks. So I just stopped taking phen. Completely.
My 3rd period in week6 lasted for a week which is very unusual for me. I feel like I am bleeding all the time now and there is more bleeding and more painful than usual. I always had 28day cycle with 3-4 days of periods. now since this bleeding won’t stop it starts to worry me a little. I feel like my period is slowing down but it starts to concern me. should I call my doc and see if this will ever stop even after I stopped taking phen a week before? Has anyone experience this issue? I also have thyroid issue so I am taking synthriod and clonozapam for my depression…I just hope this stops soon…someone please advise… thanks

Phentermine gave me energy

Hello I have been taking phentermine for a year now with breaks in between every 3 months. I have lost 100lbs so far, but still need to loose around 30 more. However my dr is stopping the medication. I have thyroid issue which I honestly feel exhausted constantly. Phentermine gave me energy to play with my kids and feel normal. What should I do?

AskDocWeb: You may want to discuss the possible alternatives with your doctor and reassess your goal with treatment. If you feel like you need to take a drug in order to feel normal, you should know that that is one sign of a drug problem.
Heart murmurs?

I have been taking Phentermine since June 2016. I have lost about 8 lbs and feeling great. Today I went a plastic surgeon to consider a breast reduction due to back issues. The doctors advise that i had a heart murmur. I have never been diagnosed with a murmur, and was sent by my primary care doctor in May 2016, which did not mention any issues. Is Phentermine known to cause heart murmurs?

AskDocWeb: Phentermine may infrequently cause serious (sometimes fatal) heart problems (pulmonary hypertension, heart valve problems). The risk increases with longer use of this medication and use of this drug along with other appetite-suppressant drugs/herbal products.
Helped with lupus and fibromyalgia

My doctor had me on phentermine and it helped so much. I have lupus and fibromyalgia. The whole time I was taking it I never once had a flare up or was I in pain. But my doctor has no moved out of state and I can’t not find another to listen. Now I have serve pain and flare ups like every month.

Sores on my tongue

I have been taking this for approximately one month. About seven days ago I started having sores on my tongue. The sores on my tongue and not worth the weight loss. I will just watch what I eat more closely.

Low carb/higher fat diet?

Will Phentermine work if you are eating a low carb/higher fat diet? Or should you really be counting calories?

AskDocWeb: It is likely to work to some degree but how well is unknown. Due to the wide range of possible physical conditions your most efficient choice of diets would come from a dietician.
Klonopin at night?

I was wondering if I take phentrimine in AM if I can take my Klonopin at night.

AskDocWeb: There is a significant possible chance of a drug interaction between Klonopin (clonazepam) and Phentermine. Klonopin increases and phentermine decreases sedation. Please consult with your doctor about this.
Trouble breathing

I have been using phentermine and I have really fast heart rate, I have trouble breathing (fast breathing) I experienced stomach cramps and hallucinations I have unusual thoughts and my nails are turning purple / blue . My arms and legs go numb randomly and after 10-15 mins they start feeling tingly… and I have extreme ldizziness does any one know or experience any of this?
