Subj: Procerin, Advair and Albuterol
Date: 9/4/2005
I want to try procerin but wanted to make sure it’s safe to take with Advair and Albuterol for asthma…?
Jason
AskDocWeb: We foresee no problems with using those products together.
Subj: Procerin side effects
Date: 9/7/2005
Hi, I have a question about the side effects in the event should you have a side effect will procerin still work to restore and grow hair?
Chris
AskDocWeb: Yes, some men reported minor side effects and continued taking it because they were getting good results.
Subj: Minodoxil?
Date: 9/9/2005
Where in the holy name of Christ do I buy Minodoxil?
Xan
AskDocWeb: Sounds like you meant minoxidil. You can buy this at you local drugstore.
Subj: Procerin criticisms
Date: 9/10/2005
Hello, I’ve been taking Procerin for about 3 weeks now with no effects yet. (Neither positive not negative) But the reason I’m writing is that I just found some web sites, particularly ‘Hairloss Talk’ saying that Procerin is close to garbage. You don’t mention at all these criticisms. Why? What to believe? Thank you,
Carlos
AskDocWeb: We don’t emphasize what is said by drug dealers. When we checked their website, we found they are pushing a counterfeit Propecia they call generic Finasteride. It is made in India and illegally shipped into the United States. Propecia is a patented drug and there is no generic for it. When you see them advertising generic Propecia or generic Finasteride you know they are drug pushers and whatever they say is suspect.
Subj: Procerin and Wellbutrin
Date: 9/11/2005
I’d like to try Procerin. I am taking the anti-depressant Wellbutrin. Are there any possible complications?
Vince
AskDocWeb: The only one we know about is a possibility of insomnia.
Subj: Fraud drug
Date: 9/13/2005
this is a fraud drug from a fraud website do not buy.
Jim
AskDocWeb: Hi Jim, looks like you are another victim from the drug dealer’s website. Sorry but they lied to you when they said Procerin is a drug. It is not a drug and not a fraud. Unfortunately they publish other misinformation as well.
Subj: follicare
date: 9/6/2005
I am 33 years old and I have been losing hair for at least 15 years. My hair is sparse all over and I don’t have patchy baldness. I am thinking of starting follicare treatment and I would like to have some feedback on it. What I want to clarify is that I would never risk decreasing my male hormones including testosterone for the sake of regaining hair!!! Does blocking dht have such an effect on male hormones? What do you think of the ingredients of follicare, particularly the dietary supplement? Thank you very much.
Kosmas
AskDocWeb: Blocking DHT with a drug like Propecia does affect your hormones and many men would rather have sex than hair. That is why an alternative like Procerin is so attractive, you get to have both. As for the Follicare, it looks like the most active ingredient is the Minoxidil.
Subj: Provillus
Date: 9/16/2005
Had a question about provillus and wanted to know what you think about the product.
AskDocWeb: We are still collecting data on Provillus but it looks like it might be a copycat product of Procerin.
Subj: Body hair growth?
Date: 9/19/2005
Will there be any increase in body hair growth when you take Procerin? How do I know Procerin is best for my type of hair loss?
Anurag
AskDocWeb: No, Procerin is not likely to cause any growth of body hair. The only way to know what product will work is to just try it. And be sure to read all side effects of the product too, you may or may not still want to use the Procerin.
Subj: New hair growth
Date: 9/20/2005
I have been using procerin for six months. I have seen hair growth in the front of my scalp and filling in on the back part of my head, I have had no side effects I just ordered another six months supply strongly recommend it.

Subj: Procerin and Minoxidil
Date: 9/21/2005
I am 42 years old and I have used Minoxidil on and off for ten years, but I did not get the results I was looking for so I stopped using Minoxidil totally and tried Procerin. Within one month I saw some regrowth and by the third month my hair was thicker and fuller in the back and in the front. I was very excited. In the fourth month I started to lose the regrowth that I achieved within the first three months and now it seems that I am back to square one. I have started to use the Minoxidil in combination with the Procerin to see if that is what caused the good regrowth. Is it possible that the level of DHT increased with the use of Procerin causing the hair regrowth to fall out and cease?
Dan
AskDocWeb: It is not likely. Procerin blocks the conversion of testosterone into DHT. The only ways the level of DHT would increase (that we know of) would be if your body developed a resistance to the Procerin or the level of testosterone increased. Let us know how well the combination works.
Subj: Best hair growth product
Date: 9/24/2005
Hi, I’m 30 years of age. Can you please tell me what is most proven product out there today that regrows hair (not just stops it from falling out). I am more interested in the regrowth of my hair. I lost a good amount in the front and on top. I still have hair on all of my head and it hasn’t stopped growing at all. It just thinned out a good amount. I ordered procerin and am gonna give it a shot. Advecia has a good review from you guys but relatively no feedback. Advecia and procerin seem to have the same ingredients, why choose one over the other? Thanks…
Brad
AskDocWeb: The most proven product that re-grows hair is the drug Propecia. But before you buy Propecia we suggest you read the feedback from users. Advecia recently changed their formula and we are reassessing that product.
Subj: Procerin – Shedding
Date: 9/26/2005
What is the physiological explanation for the shedding? Is it possible shedding will occur with no regrowth? Thanks.
David
AskDocWeb: Yes it is possible and nine percent of those who tried Procerin experienced shedding. The physiological cause of shedding is not understood well enough that we can give you an explanation.
Subj: Current responses
Date: 9/28/2005
Where are your current responses concerning procerin? I am not seeing any indications from the customers they are getting satisfying results moreover the positive results purported in your very own studies. Why is this? Thanks for your prompt response.
Dee
AskDocWeb: Sorry, you won’t get a prompt response here. We are dealing with other health issues and only update these pages as time allows.
Subj: Losing hair faster but
Date: 9/28/2005
I’m 22 and have been using procerin for 1.5 month and I have to say I still lose hair and I think I have lost it a faster pace since beginning…I have noticed little white hairs around my temple. I hope it starts to thicken my hair soon. I will try it for a whole 3 months but if it is the same in 3 I am done and gonna shave my head.
Joe
AskDocWeb: Keep an eye on those new little hairs and let us know what happens.
Subj: Success ratio
Date: 9/28/2005
Greetings, may you tell me whether or not Procerin and or Advecia effectively work along with a success ratio rate? Thanks very much for your valuable feed back
Dee
AskDocWeb: The success ratio of Procerin is at 7:10, meaning seven out of ten men have good results. Advecia doesn’t have enough feedback on it yet to give it a success ratio.
Subj: My hair loss story
Date: 10/2/2005
I just wanted to share my situation about my hairloss. Ever since I was in middle school, I use to abuse my hair (unintentionally) with gel and hair products. I started seeing my hairline recede in middle school and my hair fall falling out rapidly around my front crown in the beginning of high school. I had a fully receded hairline except for my 2 inch widows peak in the middle at the end of my sophomore year in high school. The hairloss hasn’t slowed down since I am still 18 years old right now. But I do see that the top of my hair is starting to thin. I saw that you stated that Procerin doesn’t help with the hairline. Is that true? And I started to shave my head since high school. Does that have an effect on my hair? I also heard about a new procedure for hair regrowth using cool lasers combined with some supplements on the radio. Any idea what that’s about? Starting to buy my Procerin today, will let you know how it works out for me. Thanks
John
AskDocWeb: Yes, shaving does seem to stimulate hair grow but the affect is only temporary. For most men Procerin didn’t help with the hairline, but it did for a few so it’s worth a try. Cool lasers just stimulate the scalp, which may or may not promote hair growth, but we doubt it.
Subj: Women’s hairloss
Date: 10/3/2005
Your statement regarding women’s hairloss not linked to DHT is incorrect! Both men and women have DHT, only most women manufacture enough estrogen to counteract DHT side effects. My biopsy proved I have androgenetic alopecia (male pattern baldness), my blood test showed my DHT level is 11 and I am most certainly female. DHT blockers work exceptionally well on me. Please inform your female readers and your staff. Thanks!
Nanci
AskDocWeb: You are correct. Although most women’s hairloss is not caused by DHT, some women do benefit from DHT blockers. Read more feedback about Procerin
