Subj: Curious
Date: 2/27/2006
I am 42 years old and have thinning hair but no hairloss at this point. I have been using Procerin for 30 days and have 60 more to go before I am out. Curious to know what results I could hope for, would the new hair that grows in be thicker after a time and would you even dare hazzard a guess of how long that might take? Thanks,
Bruce
AskDocWeb: Judging by the feedback, you can expect thicker hair (or a halt in thinning) about six months after starting.
Subj: Hair is returning
Date: 2/27/2006
I have been using procerin with the XT serum for about 2 1/2 months. I was losing hair on my forehead as well as the crown and the top. It seems to be working as some hair is returning to my hairline. I can’t tell about the crown or top yet. I am a blonde so seeing any new hair is difficult until its long. I haven’t noticed any side affects. I am willing to deal with the greasy look of the serum on the hair because the hair is returning. One thing I have been doing is washing my hair after the day is over when using the serum, guessing that the DHT blocker is absorbing the DHT from my scalp and it needs to be washed away. Not to scientific, but that how I am guessing it works.

Subj: After 5 months of Procerin
Date: 2/28/2006
I just wanted inform everyone on this site that I have been using Procerin for 5 month’s now. I have noticed alot of growth on my temples along with my crown. I have been gradually thinning and receding for almost 7 years now. At first, I noticed a slight tightness in my chest along with a feeling that my heart was racing. I still feel like my heart is racing at times, but the stiffness in the chest has subsided. I am going to continue using procerin. Thanks for the research. Also, have you done a study on Lamisil or Sporonox?
-Richard
AskDocWeb: No we haven’t done a study on those products, but we know that the Lamisil creams do not work, you have to take the oral pill for it to be effective. It has to get into the nail bed and the creams do not penetrate far enough. Sometimes a person has to have the nail removed, take Lamisil, and wait for the new nail to grow back.
Subj: How long?
Date: 2/28/2006
I have taken Procerin for 30 days and am on my second bottle. So far not sure if it has done anything. I don’t lose much hair each day 3 to 5 hairs. I have thinning hair by the way and am 42. I am hoping that the Procerin will allow my existing hair to grow thicker and thereby reverse the effect. I am older and out of the typical range of 18-35 but my hair grows like crazy it’s just thin. Do you recommend giving the procerin three months before giving up if no improvement or 6 months? Thanks
Bruce
AskDocWeb: This is one of those things with which you really have to be patient. We suggest giving it a full 6 months for the best possible results. This is reasonable compared to Propecia where they tell you to give it a year.
Subj: Hair line receding
Date: 3/1/2006
I am a 26 year old male and considering taking procerin. I am thinning slightly around the crown area and have a slight receeding hair line, likely to get worse judging by my father and brothers’ standards! I would like to know whether it is best to use the topical solution, or the tablets or even both together? I am a bit concerned about using the tablets, as some time ago I began taking some time release capsules which increased the hair on my body, but did not seem to do too much on my head. Are procerin tablets likely to cause an increase in bodily hair?
Dal
AskDocWeb: No, it isn’t likely that Procerin will increase the hair on your body, just your head. Good luck.
Subj: Completely satisfied
Date: 3/3/2006
I just ordered my second 3-month supply. I work in an office were some of the other guys are taking the name brad high dollar products. I am in my early 40’s and they are in their 20’s. I have noticed that my hair loss has dramatically been reduced and my stylist has even noticed the thickness of my hair is on its way back.
I will take one tablet in the morning then one at night and have had great results. Never have I had stomach up-set and I always take it with a full glass of water.
Because I had suffered from kidney stones I was a bit concerned about taking this. Every ingredient has a positive effect if you have had stone problems.
I do give my system a break on the weekends and I am now telling anyone that needs help with their hair loss to try this. My only question is why women can’t take this? Completely satisfied client.

AskDocWeb: In general it’s a hormone thing although a few women have reported success with Procern.
Subj: What is the difference?
Date: 3/3/2006
What is the different Procerin and Propecia?
Mustafa
AskDocWeb: Propecia is a drug that requires a prescription from a doctor. Procerin is not a drug, safer to use, and requires no prescription.
Subj: Warning about Rogaine
Date: 3/4/2006
I have been taking procerin for about a week, I would just like to warn people that rogaine can cause an increase in blood pressure in some. I never had blood pressure problems till I started using Rogaine.

Subj: Procerin with Provillus?
Date: 3/5/2006
I ordered provillus and after a month of taking it I stopped because I didn’t see any results. I know that not enough time but I just ordered procerin and still have some provillus left. I was wondering if I could take them both at the same time or would it be a waste?
Chris
AskDocWeb: Think about it, the problem with using two products for hair loss at the same time is, how do you know which one is working and if you have side effects, how do you know which one caused them?
Subj: Procerin is amazing
Date: 3/6/2006
I have found Procerin to be amazing. Surgery as an option for my hair loss was becoming a reality. I ran across Procerin on the net and decided to give it a try before taking one step further. With in the first month I had started to see improvements. I have just finished the 3 month supply and I’m ordering another today. The only concern I have is weather I can stop the dosing without the hairloss.
C.
AskDocWeb: As with all hair loss products, if you stop the dosing, you will gradually lose what you have gained.
Subj: Using serum with tablets
Date: 3/6/2006
I researched products for a while before I decided on procerin. I bought the serum and the tablets. There are ingredients in the serum that are NOT in the tablets. These new ingredients are also found in some other hair loss supplements out there such as revivogen etc. Procerin tablets and serum together actually provide more ingredients than any other supplement that I have seen. After a few weeks I noticed my hair being thicker and less hair falling out when I run my hand through it. I also noticed more fuzzy white hairs growing in my bald areas, I hope this is real and continues.

Subj: Shedding
Date: 3/7/2006
I have been using procerin for about a month and my hair has begun to shed very rapidly. I am convinced without a doubt that this is a direct result of this products use. Is this normal? Should I continue using this?
Tony
AskDocWeb: Yes, this seems to be fairly common several hair loss products. It’s called the shedding phase and typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks, just be patient.
Subj: Signs of thickening
Date: 3/9/2006
I have been taking Procerin for about 3-4 months now, I think that I am just beginning to see signs of thickening. From the first day that I started taking Procerin I realized that my urine is bright yellow. I know this is Procerin related because the times when I forget to take the tablets my urine is normal. Apart from this I don’t seem to have any other side effects. Has anybody experienced this? Thanks,
P.C
Subj: Significant thickening
Date: 3/10/2006
I have been on Procerin for 6 months now, and have noticed significant thickening in the areas which I was thinning in before. As yet I have noticed no new regrowth, but fingers crossed guys.

Subj: Procerin Minoxial
Date: 3/10/2006
Is Procerin in any way similar to Minoxial?
Don
AskDocWeb: We’ve not heard of Minoxial, maybe you meant Minoxidil? If so, they are very different products. Minoxidil is a topical solution that is applied to the scalp. Procerin comes in pill form and they have no common ingredients.
Subj: Hair loss products
Date: 3/11/2006
If some of these hair loss products work so well, why are they not sold in stores? A company could make a lot more money if there product worked. I have been on Propecia for 4 months and have not seen any improvement.
Jon
AskDocWeb: The drug company that makes Propecia says that it may take up to a year to see results.
Subj: Arcon/Folligro
Date: 3/11/2006
Hi, I read your “study” on procerin and the comments from the users (all 25 pages) and I just thought, have you done any similar test on a product called arcon/folligro because they did a double blind test on this product here in Finland and the results were very promising. I have started using this product both the capsules and the biospray, if you are thinking of conducting a similar test on this product as with procerin I am more than willing to join. Best of wishes:
Ville
AskDocWeb: We need to get caught up on posting before tackling another study.
Subj: Need advice on hair loss
Date: 3/15/2006
I am 19 and have noticed my hairline has been receding and have started to notice a very slight thinning of the hair as well. My father for his age does not have a particularly bad hairline so could this not be hereditary? Could my diet or something else be causing it? I have considered using procerin and even surgery such is my wanting not to be bald while I’m still in my youth. I don’t mind going bald later in life, just not now! Any advice would be very helpful.
S
AskDocWeb: Sounds like you are about to get into a lot of reading about hair loss. It has many possible causes such as stress, vitamin deficiency, drug use (not in the illegal sense but many drugs cause hair loss). It could be hereditary and be from someone other than your father. Take a look at your grandparents on both sides of the family. Do your research before using any hair growth product and good luck. Read more feedback about Procerin. Procerin Report – 25 – 26 – 27 –
