Subj: Okay results but wondering
Date: 4/6/2006
I noticed procerin is rated pretty high. I have been using it and have seen some ok results but I was wondering if I had to use the topical application or if I could just go with the pills. The topical solution has a strong smell to it that my girlfriend has been commenting on. Thanks
Stan
AskDocWeb: You could go with just the pills.
Subj: Itch with XT serum
Date: 4/7/2006
I have already used for nearly one month of procerin at present, hair loss has not been improved, I use procerin XT too, Could you tell me that uses the situation that procerin XT will have scalps to itch? I always feel after using that itch very much, I wonder whether this is a side effect.
Adam
AskDocWeb: It does sound like that is a side effect.
Subj: 2 weeks
Date: 4/10/2006
I’ve been taking Procerin for about two weeks now. I’ve missed taking it a day here or there. My hairloss seems to have gotten quite worse. Is it because of the missed days?
Jo-El
AskDocWeb: You haven’t been on it long enough see results, good or bad. It just doesn’t work that fast, more likely you are just paying more attention to your hair loss.
Subj: 16 year old with hair loss
Date: 4/10/2006
I am only 16 years old and my hair is thin and long and it keeps falling out? I don’t know what is going on here so if there is an answer I would like to hear it…
KrzyKid
AskDocWeb: It is normal to loose about 100 hairs a day so a little hair loss is nothing to be concerned about.
Subj: Noticed a difference
Date: 4/12/2006
I have used extra strength minoxidil for about five years and have only peach fuzz to show for it. I’ll probably keep using it though. I have been using procerin for a little over a week now and I have noticed a difference in my hair already. I have noticed an improvement around the front hairline and temple area. I have brown hair with mostly white hair around my temples and the other day I noticed a brown hair growing right in the middle of all the white hair that was not there before. I’ve noticed a few other new hairs around the front area as well. My hair also feels a little thicker and more healthy in the front when I run my fingers through it. No difference on the back of my head yet. I will definitely keep taking it.

Subj: Hair loss stopped
Date: 4/13/2006
I am 52 years old and have been using Procerin capsules for a little over 2 months. While I have not seen any evidence of hair regrowth, I have experienced a nearly complete cessation of hair loss. This effect became apparent within the first few weeks of use. I have noticed no side effects.

Subj: Hair loss products
Date: 4/19/2006
No one in my family has hairloss at an early age. My dad is thinning on the top. I’m 25, and notice rapid hairloss 9 months ago. I had been using Procerin for close to 3 months and I don’t think I have seen any thickening of the hair. I also used Nioxin for thinning hairs, and every time I use it when I shower, I can see at least 10 hairs or even more on my hands. Do you think at this point on I should stop using Procerin, and maybe Nioxin?
What do you think of Spectral DNC – contain Minodoxill? I use it topically twice a day – morning and night, in combination with Procerin.

AskDocWeb: It’s understandable that you want to do something about your hair loss but that is a lot of hair loss products to use at the same time. We encourage people to use only one product and find out if that works. What happens if you use several hair loss products at the same time and you get the results you want? Since you don’t know which one produced the results, you are stuck with continuing to buy the hair loss products that didn’t work along with the one that did work.
Subj: Dosage information
Date: 4/19/2006
Hi, I have a question regarding the dosage information. On the Procerin website, they recommend “Simply take Procerin tablets once in the morning, and once before bed.” Whereas the reviews on this site suggests one tablet in the morning and two during bed time. Could you please provide me with the feed back?
Mike
AskDocWeb: They have changed the formula a couple of times since we started following that hair loss product so go by their website or just read the directions on the bottle.
Subj: Gradually thinning hair
Date: 4/20/2006
Looking at pictures, no one would guess that I have any type of hair loss to combat, but as we all know, its gradual. My mother, to whom visits are infrequent commented while staring at my scalp when I was seated, “Is your hair thinning?” This confirmed what I knew.
My hair type is already fine or “thin” as some say, so when already thin hair thins even more, it’s only a matter of time. After months of thinking, I’ve taken action and purchased some Procerin. I am 28 years old and we’ll see what it does for thinning hair. As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Subj: Hopeful
Date: 4/20/2006
I’m 31, I’ve been using Procerin for a few months now, so far the results are somewhat minor. I’m hoping the third month brings something more. I’ve seen shedding, but that has subsided a bit. The biggest difference is my hair seems to grow faster. But, no results so far in the balding areas…or at least none that I can see. Also, I’ve had a hair transplant some years ago to the front of my scalp, and I’m curious to see if hair in and around that area gets thicker as well since hair that was originally there (before the transplant) has been thinning as well. All in all, I’m hopeful that Procerin works. If so, I’ll post again. Regards,
-Peter
Subj: Before & after pictures
Date: 4/21/2006
I have searched the web trying to find before & after pictures of someone using procerin. I have had no luck… The only before & after picture I found is the one on the procerin website, and that one isn’t a fair picture since the before picture is taken in direct sunlight, and the after is taken in the shade. This is the only thing holding me back from making a purchase. Anyone with before & after pic’s feel free to post links…
Mark

Subj: Hair loss restoration pattern?
Date: 4/22/2006
After 2 1/2 months of use, I have noticed hair growing at the front of my receding hairline. It appears that it is growing there first vs. the front which is thinner (and may even be thinner before starting the product). I attribute the latter comment to general loss of hair that was taking place already. Is there a pattern of hair regrowth with Procerin?
Jack
AskDocWeb: The only pattern so far is for hair to begin growing on the crown of the head first.
Subj: Female hair loss
Date: 4/23/2006
HI, I’m a 25 year old woman who always has had beautiful black hair. Well in college, my hair was at its peak. I think I was using coconut oil overnight before shampooing and I shampooed every other day. But when I was 23, I noticed that I started loosing TONS of hair during the winter time. In months, my hair was noticeably thinner and wimpier. At this time I started using a standardized saw palmetto supplement and it totally stopped my hair loss. I’ve noticed that saw palmetto stops my hair loss within days (no joke). I hope this helps other women out there with hair loss.

Subj: Thicker hair
Date: 4/24/2006
Been using Procerin for 3 weeks now, and feel like my hair is thicker, and I’ve noticed some small, new hairs growing in the front. Could be a placebo effect, but I hope not. I’m going to finish my 3 month supply and see what happens.
Gary
AskDocWeb: Sounds like you are doing just fine and the Procerin is doing exactly what it’s supposed to be doing.
Subj: Hair regrowth with Procerin
Date: 4/25/2006
Hey, my name is Josh and I just started my 2nd 3-Month Supply of Procerin. Since starting I have seen hair regrowth around my temples ( the only place I was loosing my hair) my hair also seems thicker. I continue to cut my hair short to let the new hair catch up, it’s a great way to see improvements! I am currently only using the tablets and I’m satisfied with results, wondering if I should try the scalp treatment as well?
Josh
AskDocWeb: That is up to you but if you do then be sure to share your results with others here.
Subj: Serum or Pills
Date: 4/25/2006
Aloha, I am a 22 year old male. I noticed my hair starting to thin about 7 months ago at first I just try to tell myself it wasn’t happening but I saw pictures of my dad at 22 and his hair looked the same and he is bald (on the top of his head) now, so I have began to accept it but I want to stop it and get my hair thicker again. I started using nizoral about week ago, is that better than minoxidil? What is the difference? I am interested in getting procerin, but am on a tight budget, what would be better alone the serum or the pills? Also I’m just curious what causes the “horseshoe” balding effect, why does just the top of the head go bald and not the whole head? Any help with these questions would be appreciated, mahalo.
Dutch
AskDocWeb: If you have to choose between the Procerin pills and the serum, we say go with the pills. There is plenty of feedback that say the pills work but very little on the serum.
Subj: Curious about pictures
Date: 4/25/2006
Hi, I’m a little curious after reading this study. Can you direct me to any of these pictures that where taken? I think this would be more convincible in my opinion, since I’m new with this drug.
Kind regards,
Gunnar
AskDocWeb: First a correction: Procerin is not a drug. It is a combination of herbs and minerals. We decided against using pictures after we discovered how easily they could be edited and manipulated. Besides, it is not our intention to convince you of anything. Read more feedback about Procerin.
