Subj: Ordered Procerin again
Date: 8/9/2006
I am a 20 year old student from London. I was getting slightly thin on top around the crown, so decided to do something about it. I couldn’t afford to get laser treatment or afford the expensive stuff, but saw procerin (and it’s money back guarantee) and decided to get a months supply. After a month there was a slight regrowth and my hair looks a little bit thicker on top. I am now in to the second month and although there hasn’t been a huge improvement so far, my hair has definitely stopped receding and currently looks and feels a bit better than it did a month or so ago which is the main thing. There doesn’t seem to be any side effects either. So… I would definitely recommend Procerin. At about £30 (for a months supply) it’s not a bad price in comparison to other products. If you’re looking for a stop in receding and maybe a slight regrowth then I think Procerin is for you, but if you want an Elvis quiff then contact the Belgravia centre and get your cheque book out!
Negative aspect: I don’t know what would happen if I was to stop taking it. From what I gather (from other reviews), it just starts to recede again like normal, but not sure for definite.
Hope this info. helps!

Subj: Question about XT Serum
Date: 8/11/2006
I recently ordered the three month supply of tablets and solution. I’m concerned because when I opened the second bottle of topical solution it was white in color and slightly gave me a burning sensation for a couple minutes. My first bottle was yellowish in color and didn’t burn. Which is right and what should I do.

Michael

AskDocWeb: Several other men reported having the same burning sensation but our study was done before the XT Serum came out so we know less about it than you do.

Subj: Procerin with Propecia?
Date: 8/11/2006
I have been taking propecia for 3 years now. It has worked for the top of my head, but my hairline has still been slowly receding at the temples. I was wondering if the jury was in on whether or not taking procerin ALONG with propecia is safe.

Also, I didn’t notice on your research page, if there was any isolated success with taking ONLY the pills or ONLY the liquid. Which is more likely to be beneficial for hairline or would you still just suggest using both forms of procerin? Thanks!

MAtt

AskDocWeb: We are still examining the use of Procerin with Propecia. The Procerin pills have proven to be beneficial for the hairline of at least a few men. The liquid XT Serum is new and we have no recommendation about it yet.

Subj: Shedding
Date: 8/14/2006
Hello, I have been taking procerin for about 4 weeks and since the early of the third week I feel like I have got into the shedding stage and my hair loss got aggravated. Have others had the same observation and will I see any improvement if I continue with medication? Thanks,

Dave

AskDocWeb: Yes, about one out of five report shedding. Of those who reported shedding, it started about the same time yours. It lasts 4 to 6 weeks and then improvement starts. Please let us know how long your shedding lasts so that this can be added to the database.

Subj: Broke college student
Date: 8/22/2006
Hey, I’m 22 and I’ve noticed hair loss the past few years or so. I tried Nioxin for awhile, which was a waste of money. I started to buzz my head, but my thinning hair, which isn’t horrible, is still bothering me. I’m a bit reluctant to try Procerin, simply b/c I’m a broke college student, but I’ve heard some good feedback. I’m seriously considering trying the product. I’ll be checking this site out to read more commments on a regular basis.

Subj: Shedding
Date: 8/23/2006
question…I am a 32 year old male with moderate hairloss. I have been taking procerin now for about 2 months. The first month was fine for 3wks then I shed alot of hair for about 7-10days, ok. Then on the second bottle again I have just started to shed alot of hair. Could I be the in the small percentage of guys that it doesn’t work for, or should I keep at it? There is alot of fine small hairs at the (front) crown of my head will this turn in time? Thanks,

Mark

AskDocWeb: The decision to continue or not is a hard one for sure, but only you can make it. On the one hand we know that men have quit because of the shedding. On the other hand men have reported going through the shedding and having those fine hairs darken with time.

Subj: Constipation
Date: 8/24/2006
I have used procerin for about 3 weeks now. I have the same problem as I can’t sleep more than 4 hours that too it is not the deep sleep it used to be. In addition I have constipation. Please help if anyone know it is related to procerin, and how to remediate. By the way I cannot say about the drug effectiveness on my hair yet. I think the feedbacks from all helped me very much. Thanks

Anew user

AskDocWeb: Only one other person has mentioned constipation and that was 2 years ago. With only 2 instances out of many hundreds of users it may be from other causes. You may just need more fiber in your diet.

Subj: Good review
Date: 8/24/2006
My review would probably have to be good in the sense where I used Procerin for the first 3 months of 2006 and I noticed more hair in my hairline. I am 32 years old and well within the growth phase. Please note it was not like the picture on the site (don’t know how long he had to use it for the effect) but it was noticeable to me. Albeit, the hair was a bit thinner than my other hairs. I do believe that with continued use I would probably have significantly filled in my hairline by now, which is why I have restarted its use approximately 1 1/2 months ago. Also it took about 1 1/2 months to notice some growth initially.

Subj: First month

I’m in my first month with Procerin. Nothing to report yet but I wondered about using Advecia along with Procerin. Are there any synergies, positive or negative? Thanks,

Mark

Subj: Beginning to see scalp
Date: 8/25/2006
I am a 38 year old male. I have gone through what appears to be a shedding period several times in my life, however, this time it appears to be severe, and I am beginning to see scalp. Due to my public appearance work, I have had to change hair color, and so had the color stripped from my hair – and in the past year have experienced much greater loss than before. Interestingly, as my hair is long, my brush fills every two days, but my night pillow is completely clear of any hairs. In the shower, I don’t lose handfuls – but at least five long tangled hairs in my hands – and probably a good bit into the tub as well. I have ordered procerin today, and shall begin immediately. I will report results as I progress, however, if anything within this post strikes you as interesting, please do comment. Thanks –

Howard

AskDocWeb: Wecome Howard. It would be interesting to know if hair loss runs in your family and if so, what age it started.

Subj: Pills or serum
Date: 8/27/2006
Just wondering if most of the people in these reviews are using the pills and the serum or just one or the other. Thanks,

Can’t say

AskDocWeb: Usually just the pills.

Subj: Saw palmetto
Date: 8/28/2006
Just get pure saw palmetto in softgel form its exactly the same thing and u will save lots of cash.

Garth

AskDocWeb: That’s kind of like saying you can eat raw sugar instead of chocolate cake and expecting the same results. Hey, they are both sweet, right? It doesn’t work that way.

Subj: Still using Procerin after one year
Date: 8/28/2006
I have been using Procerin for over a year now, it really has seemed to stop my hair loss and I have noticed some regrowth. I had gotten very thin up top in my early 20s and after 1 transplant procedure and using procerin and biotin supplement I have more hair now at 27 then I had at 21, seems to be a good product.

Subj: Regrow hair on crown?
Date: 8/31/2006
Can I use procerin along with the New Generation hair care products that I have been using for the past 16 years? I’m 43, is there any chance at my age that I will regrow hair at the crown of my head where it is thinning? Thank you very much.

Brock

AskDocWeb: Yes, there is a better than 50% chance (57%) of regrowing some hair at the crown. Since we are unfamiliar with the New Generation hair products, you’ll have to let us know how well the two go together.

Subj: One week on Procerin
Date: 9/1/2006
I have been using Procerin for about a week now. After the second day, my scalp, facial skin and hair were extremely oily. My skin is already oil, but this made it worse. Is this normal? Plus I experience some shedding.

Michael

AskDocWeb: We doubt that it had any effect after just a couple of days. It just doesn’t work that fast.

Subj: XT serum
Date: 9/3/2006
hi I have been using procerin almost 45 days. I can see some little hair on my bald and believe will grow more than before but only problem I am facing is hair loss every day a huge number of hair dropping off which really makes me sick. I’m 24 now. Specially loosing my hair on forehead and on the middle. When I use serum I feel headache and extreme itch, even sometimes I see my new hairs falling out. I don’t want to stop procerin, please help me how can I improve more. Which shampoo should I use yours sincerely

Hossain

AskDocWeb: The extreme itch may indicate that your scalp is too sensitive to use the serum. We would discontinue the serum and just continue with the Procerin pills. A hair loss shampoo like Nisim Biofactors should help. Read more feedback about Procerin. Procerin Report 35 36 37
