Subj: Dax with Procerin?
Date: 11/27/2006
Hi All, I live down under – in New Zealand. When I first tried procerin, it definitely increased by sex drive! As for the hairloss, I was quite paranoid as my older brother went bald at the age of 21. I however, was a bit more fortunate and still have a pretty full head of hair. Although I’m noticing now that my crown area is thinning and the hairline is receding away. I have been on procerin for the past 6 months and while I am still noticing alot of shedding, procerin is working better than propecia (which I have also tried). My concern however is the hair products I use – being young I tend to spike my hair alot (and try and patch the crown area with my other hair to make it appear fuller). Will Dax, extreme hold gel damage my hair and cause it to shed, even when using procerin? Thanks for this website AskDocWeb – its awesome to find a community like this where people share their results! Cheers,

Rav

AskDocWeb: Thanks Rav. We didn’t find any reference to Dax causing damage to anyone’s hair. It does not seem to affect hair growth or the effectiveness of any hair loss product.

Hi, I am 44 years old and have been using the capsules for the last four months. My hair loss has not improved at all and am still losing hair at the same rate. My nephew purchased six months of supply for me. Should I continue to take the caps or four months is enough to show it doesn’t work for me?

Charles

AskDocWeb: Since it was a gift you’re not out anything if you continue the whole 6 months to see if you get results.

Subj: Test results
Date: 11/29/2006
Greetings, Hi I read with interest on your test conducted on Procerin. Your test result has showed that this product actually works but as of other hair loss products, only to a certain group of people. I would know whether you have any update on the usage of Procerin as of now? Whether they are more positive results from those who have used it? I am thinking of getting it and trying it for 6months instead of using Propecia (due to its side effects). This site has been very informative, not like the others scam sites that I have been to. Thanks again for the great job done.

Alan

AskDocWeb: As you can see, we continue to publish feedback about Procerin but can only research one product at a time. We are convinced that Procerin works as advertised so it’s time to move on to test another product from a different company, Advecia.

Subj: Body building training
Date: 11/30/2006
I am 27year old, I started to use procerin, but at the same time I am using a Testosterone/Anabolics for my body building training, it the (4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3-17-diol), my questions is, does the two product can fit together, or there’s a side effect on the procerin efficacy?

Ryan

AskDocWeb: In the three and a half years we’ve been collecting feedback on Procerin, several have asked about this but no problems have been reported. You could help other body builders by sharing your results in a few months, let us know how it goes.

Subj: Saw Palmetto and Boitin
Date: 12/3/2006
My name is Sammy and I’m 22, almost 23. Over the past year or so I’ve noticed substantial thinning from front to crown (more concentrated at the crown). However, I don’t have a receding hairline. I started taking Procerin at the beginning of Sept ’06 and am nearing the end of the first 3mo period. I have not noticed any improvement (whether it be slowing of hairloss or regrowth). For this reason I’m going to discontinue Procerin, but I did read up on the ingredients. I’m going to start on a regiment of Saw Palmetto(1500mg/day, same as Procerin) and Biotin(5000mg/day). This is essentially the same treatment as Procerin w/ a Biotin boost (biotin makes hair grow faster, so any regrowth results might be visible sooner). It is also 1/3-1/2 of the price, even after the extra $ for biotin. I’m also using Mane N’ Tail shampoo (all natural) to strengthen the shaft of my hair. I’ll let you know if this does any good. I have a feeling it will do just as good, if not better than Procerin. I’m also considering Nioxin ‘Follicle Booster’ to assist in regrowth. But I’m going to ask my hairdresser’s advice before I invest in that. I’m leaning against it as of now.

Subj: Front back or both?
Date: 12/4/2006
I am 21 years old and have a receding hairline. I have heard a lot of good things about Procerin and I just wanted to know if in your study or in general, is Procerin used to treat both hair loss in the front and back of the head or just one of the two? I am asking this because I am only losing hair in the front.

I had one more question regarding hair loss in general. I already have a dry scalp to begin with and recently have had bad dandruff. I was shedding a lot of hair in the shower noticed that my hairline was going back a little too. Recently, I started using a dandruff shampoo and since then I have noticed that I am not shedding as much. Will my hair grow back or is this the beginning of hair loss? Thanks,

Bryan

AskDocWeb: Procerin is used for both front and back. Only a dermatologist could tell you if your hair may grow back or not. That would depend on your family history and current medical condition.

Subj: Considerable hair regrowth
Date: 12/4/2006
I am 39 years old and have been losing my hair since I was 24. I started using Procerin 5 months ago with generic dutasteride (Avodart). I finished my supply of dutasteride 2 months ago and have since continued taking Procerin through today. I have noticed that all my hair shedding has stopped. I have noticed considerable hair regrowth in my crown especially. I am going to continue with Procerin and not renew my dutasteride. I have researched and used many products from Propecia and Rogain over the years and have had 6 hair restoration procedures – nothing has worked as well and as noticeably as Procerin. I only wish it were around 15 years ago – I would have saved $10,000’s of dollars and most of my original hair.

Subj: Black British person

I’m thinking about using procerin both the tablets and the serum? My only problem is my hairline is receding. Now I’m a black British person so will it still work for me? Shall the serum be put onto where the hair is thinned and receded?

Aaron

AskDocWeb: Yes, other black men have reported good results, however, we doubt if your country of origin has anything to do with hair loss.

Subj: Fake Procerin?
Date: 12/7/2006
I am looking to buy Procerin on eBay and they have the capsules. Do you know if Procerin ever made capsules. I am cautious about fake product. Thanks.

James

AskDocWeb: Yes, they did make capsules at one time, but some people complained that the capsules were being made from swine products, so they changed to tablets. Be very careful of who you buy products from on E-Bay. Always check their feedback.

Subj: 20 year old
Date: 12/7/2006
I’m 20 years old and have a thinning hair line and noticeable bare temples. I shaved my head and started taken procerin. I’m done with month 1. Because I shaved my head it seems my hair is not as thin as I thought it to be…to tell you the truth, I’m not quite sure if it’s working or not. I noticed a success comment that stated you should take the treatment at/around the same time each day to regulate the herbs. Is this necessary? What is the average amount of time to notice results? And I’ve recently discovered posts claiming procerin and its parent company to be liars…any word on this? This site has been a blessing?

Robsy

AskDocWeb: Beware of websites that market their products by putting down their competition. The average time to see results is 3 to 4 months.

Subj: Use Procerin with Nisim?
Date: 12/7/2006
According to feedback from what I’ve read on this site….Nisim Biofactors is another method that seems to be effective. Naturally, it would seem more effective to use Procerin with Nisim, correct? Has anyone tried this? On another note, there seems to be a DHT blocker by Biotec on the market? Is that a smarter purchase?

Josh

AskDocWeb: If you mean Biotec Foods, then the product is Shen Min and that is not recommended. We recommend using a shampoo that supports hair growth along with Procerin to achieve the best results and Nisim Biofactors is the best we’ve found so far.
