Subj: Procerin in Iran?
Date: 3/1/2007
Hello. I am from Iran, I am medicine student and can I get procerin in Iran, thanks,
Vahid
AskDocWeb: The last we heard Iran was one of the few (4) countries that prohibited shipments. The others were Saudi Arabia, Algeria, and Uzbekistan.
Subj: Procerin
Date: 3/4/2007
I ordered a 3-month supply of Procerin – still working on the first bottle – because I was concerned about my hairline receding at the corners (although I’ve always had that to some degree.) While its efficacy remains to be seen, my question is this: is there anything dramatically special about Procerin, or could I get by just taking saw palmetto? If that’s the only thing really doing anything in the product, why buy Procerin when I can just go to GNC?
Mike
AskDocWeb: They say that they put the other ingredients in Procerin because they support the healthy growth of hair.
Subj: Experiencing new hair growth
Date: 3/6/2007
Thanks for your information. I am 77 years of age and am using Procerin to help restore some of my hair loss in the front. I do not have high expectations for the crown. I have been using the product for about 2 months. I am pleased to tell you that I am experiencing new hair growth including my eye brows. The new hair is quite obvious as it comes in black while the bulk of the existing hair is grey. Thank you for your web site, I look forward to using it more in the future.

Subj: Peach fuzz where I had nothing before
Date: 3/8/2007
I have been on saw palmetto, B6, and omega 3.6.9. for about 6 weeks, I have just added procerin topical, and pills (3 per day) to my plan of attack. I have noticed small red spots on my scalp, I am thinning at the back (crown) and lost about an inch off my hairline and temples, since starting my saw diet + procerin, I have hairs pushing their way up! The hair I do have feels thicker. and I have peach fuzz where I had nothing before in the front temples… I will update monthly. I wonder if this saw palmetto is a gift from god!?! Good luck to all.

Subj: Want to catch hair loss early
Date: 3/11/2007
Hi, I am a 24 year old male who has hair that reaches several inches below shoulder length. I have the typical “widow’s peak” and I’ve noticed thinning on the crown of my head throughout the past year and a half. It’s not visibly noticeable just yet because I used to have extremely thick hair in that area though my hair does has a lot less volume as of now. I can definitely feel the effects of thinning when running my fingers through that area. I’d just like to know a few things before I consider purchasing this product. Would the chances of effectiveness be greater as I’m apparently looking to catch this in its early stages? And, would I be able to expect any new hair growth to reach the length of the rest of my hair?
Jeremy
AskDocWeb: Catching it early does increase the chance of keeping your hair longer. We’ve not studied the length that new hair grows. Please share your results.
Subj: Shedding
Date: 3/14/2007
I have been using procerin for about 4 months now and initially it worked unbelievable but now shedding has started again. Is it worthwhile to continue use and will the shedding slow again if I continue use.
Mike
AskDocWeb: Yes, several men reported that shedding stopped with continued use. A few others stopped because of the shedding, it’s your call. Let us know how you come out.
Subj: Adding Rogaine to Procerin?
Date: 3/15/2007
I have been taking procerin for almost 3 months and have noticed a good increase on my hairline and a decent increase on my crown. I was looking into combining rogaine tonight on the web but I don’t like the idea of the commitment to using their product forever. I’m 27 and just noticed slight hair thinning this past winter (DEC 06) when I shaved my head to decrease the chances of lice that my girlfriend had contracted from the school she teaches at. I’m really happy with this product so far and appreciate the insight your website is trying to get. I’ll keep you guys updated on my results.
Dave
AskDocWeb: If you read the details on Rogaine you’ll see that hair growth doesn’t last beyond 48 weeks. It’s okay if you need a “kick-start” to get your hair growing again but not as a long-term commitment.
Subj: Results so far very good
Date: 3/18/2007
I started taking procerin and regaine extra strength 2 months ago and the results so far are very good. I’ve found combining the 2 together excellent. My shedding has come to a stop, I hardly notice any hair in my hands any more when washing it, whereas before my hands would be full of hair. I’ve been shedding now for about 8 years and noticed my hair thinning about 2 years ago. I’ve also started to notice my hair thickening up. I will keep you up to date with my progress, so far so good.

Subj: Procerin for women?
Date: 3/18/2007
I am a woman and currently using rogaine (5%) foam once/twice a day and am having good results. Would procerin be an appropriate product for me? I’m not sure about the dht factor in my case. The reason I would like to change products is because procerin is a pill and the rogaine makes my hair feel dirty at night. The foam formulation of rogaine is great though – no itching.
Bea
AskDocWeb: Although several women have reported good results with Procerin we don’t have enough data to make a recommendation one way or another. If you do try it, please let us know your results.
Subj: Want to try Procerin
Date: 3/20/2007
I want to try Procerin. I am 42 and just started to notice my hair thinning in front. Help!
Charles
AskDocWeb: Okay, you’re making a good start by reading up on the prescription and non-prescripion hair loss products. The sooner you do something about your hair loss the better your results. Or to put it another way, it is easier to prevent hair loss than it is to try to regrow it after the roots have died.
Subj: Concerned about body hair
Date: 3/21/2007
Hi, a very informative website. I am considering using procerin. I have some thinning on my crown and have had for the past 2 years or so. I am turning 28. I am concerned with taking the tablets as I do no want to see hair on my body increase. Is this a possible side effect and if not how can procerin just concentrate on the scalp? Do you recommend I use the serum instead? Thanks.
Dave
AskDocWeb: Since most of the DHT in your body is concentrated in your scalp that is where the affect takes place. Based on feedback, we do recommend the pills but we do NOT recommend the serum.
Subj: 5 weeks of Procerin
Date: 3/20/2007
Hi there been using procerin for about 5 weeks, I always had little white hairs that look like fuzz in my temple areas and I’ve never used any hair regrowth products, after about 2 weeks of using procerin they all fell out (the shedding process) but then after that they grew back and didn’t look like fuzz, but white stubble. Their still soft to the touch but not much has changed since then. I read about this product Thymuskin shampoo, which is meant to clean out the pores on your head because if there clogged up the hairs can’t grow correctly. It also has lots of vitamens to help hair regrowth, do you know any more about this product? Its been featured on news channels in America and has lots of excellent feedback, it just costs a fair whack and I don’t want to waste my money.
Paul
AskDocWeb: That is pretty good progress for the first 5 weeks. Since you mentioned growing white stubble, is that your normal hair color? As to the Thymuskin shampoo, the feedback seems to be about 50% for and 50% against it.
Subj: Receding hairline at 16
Date: 3/23/2007
Is this product safe for teenagers? I am 16 and have a receding hairline. I want to take this product to stop my hairloss but am worried that it may stunt my growth.
Jason
AskDocWeb: This product has not been tested in those under 18, sorry.
Subj: Was wondering
Date: 3/27/2007
I was wondering if procerin stops working after a period of time like propecia? Or is it effective till one continues to take the pills?
John
AskDocWeb: Some people do build up a resistance to the effects of Propecia and it stops working. That is referred to as building up a tolerance for something and it can happen with any treatment. Some people never build up a tolerance and can successfully take it for years. It’s the same with Procerin.
Subj: Expiration date
Date: 3/28/2007
There’s a seller on E-Bay selling Procerin for a good price. The catch is that the expiration on the bottles (three-month supply) expires this month–i.e. – April 2007. The seller claims that this won’t effect how the pills work on the user. Is this true?
Dave
AskDocWeb: On occasion, some things do outlast their expiration date but we never take that chance, especially with our health. Read more feedback about Procerin. Procerin Report – 45 – 46 – 47 – Page 48 – 49 – 50 – 51 – Last Page 80
