Subj: Evermartine
Date: 7/20/2007
I just wanted to know if I could use procerin with another product called Evermartine?
Billz
AskDocWeb: Sorry, we’ve never heard of a product called Evermartine and neither has Google.
Subj: What treatment would you recommend?
Date: 7/20/2007
hi, I’m 26 and I noticed my hair is thinning a bit on time and my hairline is receding a bit. What treatment would you recommend? Would you recommend Procerin and Nisim? If I buy Procerin should I also buy the tropical serum or are the pills enough?
Thank you,
Jim
AskDocWeb: If you buy Procerin we reccommend the pills alone, not the serum, also get a shampoo that fights hair loss like Nisim Biofactors.
Subj: No results at 2 weeks
Date: 7/22/2007
I’ve been taking procerin for 2 weeks now and no results but will report back in a few weeks. Also I’ve had no side effects to date but I must admit the topical serum smells awful and will only apply before I go to sleep. Is that ok?
George
AskDocWeb: Yes, the smell of the tropical serum has been reported by others, that’s the main reason why we don’t recommend it.
Subj: 2 weeks
Date: 7/22/2007
Hi, I have bought 3 months pack of procerin (serum + tablet). I am 25 and Started using it for 2 weeks, but feeling hair is still receding than before. I don’t know whether to continue or stop using this product. Please advice
Raja
AskDocWeb: None of the hair loss products work that fast. It will take from three to six months to see results. You’ll just have to be patient.
Subj: Nisim Biofactors
Date: 7/25/2007
Hi, I’m new here. I want to know if I can get Nisim Biofactors shampoo at retail stores in NY? Or it has to be purchased online. How effective is this product? Would it stimulate to grow more hair? This is my first time trying this kind of product and I want to try that before I really have to use procerin. Thanks.
Dre
AskDocWeb: We don’t know if it’s available locally anywhere or not. We recommend it because it has been reported to reduce hair loss but as for growth, there’s not enough feedback yet to tell.
Subj: 3 tablets at once?
Date: 7/31/2007
Can I take 3 tablets once every night?
Al
AskDocWeb: It’s not recommended because of the possibility of stomach upset although some guys have pretty strong stomachs and can get away with it.
Subj: Procerin or Provillus
Date: 7/31/2007
What is the difference between procerin and provillus? Which one is cheaper or more effective?
Razy
AskDocWeb: A 6 month supply of Procerin costs $119.95 where 6 months of Provillus costs $199.95. The cost difference may be due to the added minoxidil that comes with Provillus.
Subj: Procerin serum
Date: 8/1/2007
I’m just using the Procerin serum, I’m very skeptical about what I put into my body. Have you received feedback from individuals who are just using the serum? I just started the product.
Jared
AskDocWeb: No, there is no feedback yet from those who use only the serum.
Subj: 19 year old with hair loss
Date: 8/10/2007
I’m 19 years old and I’ve been noticing significant hair loss every single day. I’m probably losing at least 50 hairs, only in the areas around the front and sides of my head. I’ve read that Procerin doesn’t effect the frontal area of your head. So would it be worth it for me to try Procerin?
Matt
AskDocWeb: There should be enough feedback posted here for you to make up your own mind. We’re here to publish your results if you decide to try it.
Subj: Procerin without magnesium?
Date: 8/13/2007
Just worried about the effects of magnesium and flushing because I know they are directly related, can you get procerin without magnesium?
Elisha
AskDocWeb: No, but then there is only 50mg in a pill and three pills gives you 38% of your body’s daily requirement of magnesium. That’s not enough to cause flushing.
Subj: Arms getting hairier?
Date: 8/13/2007
Hi, I just started using procerin a few days ago and I haven’t noticed anything on my head but it seems as if my arms are getting hairier. Does procerin also make hair on other parts of your body grow?
Matt
AskDocWeb: The is no product on the market that would cause hair growth in just a few days. That sounds like your imagination is working overtime. It will take months, not days, to see any results and it will not be on your arms.
Subj: Shedding
Date: 8/15/2007
I have been using procerin for 4 months already, I noticed a shedding phase that lasted around 3 months…I would like to know if I should already quit and jump into another product since I have not seen any result or wait a little bit longer?…I am 38 years old…thanks
Emmanuel
AskDocWeb: That is the longest shedding period that has been reported. It doesn’t sound like it’s going to work for you, time for an alternative.
Subj: Decided to take the plunge
Date: 8/24/2007
First I’d like to say what a great site this is in providing valuable feedback. After reading virtually every post on this forum I decided to take the plunge and give Procerin a go. I am 39 and have been using the product for almost six months. I am pleased with the results, although a couple of months ago I began to have my doubts. When I first started taking Procerin back in March I was taking four tabs a day, which is one more tab than the recommended dosage. In early July I seemed to be losing hair rather than growing it. In accordance with David’s advice on page 32, I decided to increase the overall dosage to four and a half tabs a day. Now in late August I have good hair growth. I have previously used Propecia for six years, and Minoxidil for 3 years. When the dosage is increased by a half, I think Procerin is at least on a par with Propecia for efficacy. However, it is still early days. I just wish this stuff was available when I first started losing hair twenty years ago!

Subj: Testex
Date: 8/24/2007
Hi, I’m interested in buying the Procerin, I currently take testex the steroid but am a bit weary of my hair going bald as it started thinning at the front over a year ago. I’ve only been on the testex 3 weeks. Will it be fine to take the Procerin while I’m on testex? thanks for your help,
Gary
AskDocWeb: If you have a genetic predisposition toward male pattern baldness you may want to avoid testosterone steroids, unless you want to accelerate hair loss. There are, however, no known problems with taking Procerin with Textex.
Subj: Procerin or Provillus?
Date: 8/30/2007
Hi, your wed site is really helpful, but I still couldn’t decide between the product of Procerin or the Provillus. I’m 42 years old, I tried the Nixion for more then a year; it seems not doing so well. Can you give me some professional adv. Thanks a lot.
Steve
AskDocWeb: There is enough feedback on Procerin (over 50 pages) to conclude that 7 out of 10 are satisfied with results but not enough on Provillus (2 pages) to form any conclusions yet.
Subj: Nisim Biofactors
Date: 8/31/2007
I have started taking the procerin pills, and the Nisim Biofactors shampoo and extract for about a week. Do you know if I can also use minoxidil products along with procerin and the nisim shampoo and extract? Also will you please start another section on the nisim product line? I am sure many people would want to know what peoples results are, I know I do. Please help. Thanks,
Howard
AskDocWeb: Sorry Howard, we don’t know the effect of using all three products together. Starting a page for the Nisim products is a good idea, here it is.
Subj: 3 months
Date: 9/1/2007
I have been taking Procerin for 3 months and have not noticed any hair growth.
Jeff
Subj: Sharp-tip hair
Date: 9/3/2007
Have been using procerin for months. Hair is still falling but a little slower than before. Besides, I notice some sharp-tip hair on my head, could it be a natural result after I have lost lots of hair or the effect of procerin? I forgot whether I had such hair before taking procerin. Thanks!
SCE
AskDocWeb: Not sure what you are referring to when you say sharp-tip but new hair growth can feel like that. It will soften as it grows longer.
Subj: I am 17
Date: 9/4/2007
I am 17 and I have been using procerin for 2 1/2 months and I haven’t had any results. Do you have any opinions about my situation?
Tom
AskDocWeb: Yes, if you are loosing hair when you are only 17 years old, you should consult with a dermatologist. Read more feedback about Procerin. Procerin Report – 49 – 50 – 51 – Page 52 – 53 – 54 – 55 – Last Page 80
Alternative hair loss products:
- Provillus
