Subj: 19 year old black male
Date: 7/20/2009
Okay so I’m a 19 year old black male and I have been using this product since the 1st of May and now its July 20. I can see the fuzzy hair growing back and getting thicker. All I can say is that I will be getting the 3 month supply next and that at first I was kind of scared because I never see the black males being advertised. But now after just a few months I can see the hair growing back and hoping that it gets thicker and fuller but we will see.

AskDocWeb: We have heard that some expired products have been sold on eBay so be careful about that. Unfortunately we have no data on what happens if you use product that is past the expiration date.
Subj: Email?
Date: 8/1/2009
Can you email me info on this product?
Mark
AskDocWeb: Sorry Mark, all the information we have is already published on this website.
Subj: A question
Date: 8/2/2009
Hi, I am using procerin for 2 weeks now and I am still monitoring the result. At the present moment, I am using nioxin 2 as well so I hope that this will helps. A question is can I take vitahealth crowning glory supplement and zinc supplement with procerin? Thanks,
Jaybster
AskDocWeb: There are not reports of any problems with using other supplements with Procerin.
Subj: M shaped baldness
Date: 8/4/2009
Hi, I am suffering from M shaped baldness. Does procerin will help in this case? This is worrying as I am only 30 years old. Please do recommend any products that help with this kind of baldness. Thanks.
Jaybster
AskDocWeb: There have been a few reports of success with M shaped baldness but not enough for us to recommend it for that. If you don’t have an alternative, it may be worth trying.
Subj: Enormous stress
Date: 8/12/2009
Hi, I have been dealing with enormous stress…family problems and career issues over the past couple years in fact. I have no history of family hair loss in either of my grandparents but my father just started losing his hair a couple years ago. He’s in his late 50s. I’m 28. Hair loss started around 24ish. I don’t understand why I’m losing my hair now save for stress or bad diet initiating the onset. I was wondering if there’s any insight you have about this and whether the removal of these problems could change my hair loss. Also, I’ve been using Rogaine and wanting to start Procerin. I was just wondering out of curiosity how we can know what’s in the pills since from what I understand herbal supplements aren’t regulated. In other words, how is it known definitely that the item is safe? Please, there doesn’t seem to be much info on the company. There seems to be a bit of blind faith. Was hoping you could clarify this for me. Thanks!
Adam
AskDocWeb: Although the FDA neither approves nor disapproves of supplements, it does regulate the advertising claims of those companies that sell supplements. The ingredients listed on the label must be accurate or the FDA can impose a fine or even close a business. If the ingredients aren’t listed on the label then that product is likely to come from another country or it’s an outright scam. On the other hand Procerin is an American product made by Speedwinds Nutrition located in Pullman Washington, a town of about 30,000 straight south of Spokane. They openly publish the ingredients on their website.
Subj: Hair length?
Date: 8/18/2009
I was on propecia for nearly 9 months, but I came across way too many side effects, sexually and mentally, but propecia definitely worked. I quit propecia and month later I began to take procerin from the 6th July 2009. Its been just over a month, and I must admit I am holding onto allot of hair, I’m not sure if I’m seeing any regrowth as my hair is quite long (ashton kutcher shaggy type of hair) but yesterday and the day before I lost about well a oddly large amount. Does procerin work better on shorter hair lengths? I’ve not had any stomach problems at all, I will give it the full 3 months.
Taylor
AskDocWeb: There have been no reports that procerin works better on any particular hair length. Of course the loss of long hair is more noticeable. It would be helpful if you would let everyone know how long the side effects of Propecia last after you stopped using that drug.
Subj: Using Propecia with Procerin?
Date: 8/25/2009
I have been using Propecia for two years now and am wondering if I could take prcerin with the propecia. Does this help? Any side effects?
Mike
AskDocWeb: A couple of readers have suggested that there may be a problem with using them together but no problems have been reported.
Subj: Should I try a different supplement?
Date: 9/2/2009
Thank you very much for your extremely helpful website! I was going to buy Procerin but didn’t know it included a topical. I’ve already bought Spectral DNC-L topical. Do you think it’s worth it to just take the Procerin pills with the DNC? Or should I try a different supplement?
Deron
AskDocWeb: We are looking into the Spectral DNC-L topical and hope to have something for you shortly. In the mean time there is a lot of feedback that says the Procerin pills alone are worthwhile.
Subj: Best drug for hair loss?
Date: 9/9/2009
I would like to ask you about function of this drug. I am planing to take procerin tablet with spectral dnc lotion but I really wonder. Is it really going to block dht and could we say this is the best drugs for hair loss? I asked because it is almost without side effects. Maybe really good drugs after the propecia will wait your respones. Kind Regards,
Utku
AskDocWeb: The best drug for hair loss may be Propecia, Avodart, or Tacrolimus but let’s set that aside for a moment and talk about Procerin. A lot of men are looking for an alternative to using drugs to treat hair loss. Drugs have side effects that are so dangerous that you need a doctor’s prescription in order to get them. On the other hand Procerin is available without a prescription because it is not a drug. It is a special blend of herbs and minerals that have been found to have an influence on hair growth. We recommend it because men have reported that it stops their hair loss and in some cases, causes new hair growth.
Subj: Tried almost everything for hair loss
Date: 9/13/2009
In the past six years I believe I have tried almost every feasible combination of products available to tackle hairloss, and have discovered that the best combination available currently is a mixture of Procerin tablets and the Nisim shampoo/conditioner. I began some six years ago as a 20 year old at Advanced Hair Studios, on their laser/minoxidil programme, and saw some results, which I would now attribute to the minoxidil/regaine rather than the laser, which I think was a rather fancy and very expensive way of securing business.
After a time I think that my body became used to regaine and it stopped retaining my hair – I don’t think there was ever a point where it was actually regrowing it. The side effects were mild to begin with, just an irritated scalp, but in time I did begin to notice heart palpitations which have been reported with minoxidil before, it seems. I tried a few herbal supplements without success, before finally switching to propecia. I persevered with it for a few months, but almost immediately noticed sexual side effects, the kind of which I had never before experienced, and frankly I would rather be bald than impotent, so I stopped, without ever really being able to define if propecia is effective or not.
As a last chance I decided to give procerin a go, and replace minoxidil with Nisim solution as the topical agent. It seemed like a gamble, but 5 months in it seems to be working, slowly but surely. I’ve just seen out the first major shedding – one that has been dramatic enough for people to pass comment – but I’ve also noted significant regrowth around the temples and crown, and if this continues then in the long run my hair ought to be thicker than it has been in a while. I also tried out Nizoral shampoo, which seems to do little for regrowth, but is excellent for keeping both the hair and scalp in good condition. I should add that neither procerin or nisim have given me any side effects, other than the nisim solution drying out my hair a lot after it has been applied – easily overcome with a good conditioner. It requires patience, and quite possibly strong nerves when the shedding comes, but it seems to be the best combination currently available, and not to mention one of the most cost-efficient. Good luck.

Subj: Thickened hair and improved hairline
Date: 9/14/2009
Can this product completely reverse male pattern baldness? I’m on my 6th month and I believe this product has thickened my hair and improved my hairline. After you reach a certain level of success will I stop seeing improvement or will 6 more months of the treatment have my hair back to normal?
Fizel
AskDocWeb: Like you, others have reported improvement but no one has reported a complete reversal of male pattern baldness. I think the maximum benefit would be reached somewhere between 6 months and 1 year.
Subj: Shedding process?
Date: 9/30/2009
Hi all, I wrote about 2 months and 20 days ago that I was starting to take procerin tabs. After 6 weeks I noticed that less hairs were on my hands when I put gel in my hair, however now I am coming up to the reorder point I have notice a shedding of hairs. If I put my hands through my hair over the sink a few times about 15-25 hairs come out. Not sure what this means, could this be the shedding process? I have however ordered another 3 months supply. I have recently read good things about provillus. I am thinking if things don’t improve I may try that. My main question is: is it normal that I am having a higher hair loss suddenly as the first 2 months my hair barley came out when using procerin. Thanks,
Adam
AskDocWeb: Less than 1 in 5 men go through a period of shedding but what you describe does sound like what happened in our study. Read more feedback about Procerin. Procerin Report – 62 – 63 – 64 – Page 65 – 66 – 67 – 68 – Last Page 80
